As such, the unit provides a confidential complaint process, EEO and diversity training, supervisory and managerial consultations and preparation of federally required compliance reports.
The division is made up of three full-time staff members and augmented by trained department EEO representatives and division level assistants representing all of the departments, agencies and authorities of the city.
