How Does Blueprint Work?
Through creative alliances, businesses and organizations implement Blueprint strategies, collaborating—often for the first time—on important community issues ranging from innovative youth programs to reducing violent crime to improving workforce skills.
Blueprint Partners make significant contributions toward improving schools, creating jobs, enhancing quality of life, eliminating racial barriers, upgrading infrastructure and making leadership more effective. Not everything can be done at once, of course, but over time, hundreds of efforts focused on specific Blueprint strategies—some affecting thousands of workers and some affecting a single classroom—will lead to the outcomes required to meet the Blueprint's goals.
